Accommodation Details

• Sleeps Six: Two twin bedrooms and one double bedroom, perfect for families or groups.

• What’s Provided: Bed linen, bath towels, kitchen towels, and clothing essentials are included.

• Stay Warm: Central heating throughout the cottage keeps you cosy.

• Fully Equipped Kitchen: Includes a fridge/freezer, cooker, oven, microwave, dishwasher, and washer/dryer—everything you need to cook up a feast or pack a picnic.

• Pets: Dogs are welcome by arrangement (maximum two small or one large).

• No Smoking: To keep it fresh and comfortable, smoking is not allowed inside the cottage.

• Parking: Private parking is conveniently available right in front of the house.

 The Garden 

Steps lead to a sunny, private garden with breathtaking views of the Solway and the estuary, where you can watch boats drift by. However, the steps and location may be tricky for little ones or guests with mobility challenges.

For easier access, there’s a small garden area right outside the back door. Please keep an eye on children in the garden and around the front of the house to ensure their safety.
